Doesn’t save info

I bought a flight and then went to book a rental car but it didn’t transfer my dates, arrival destination or booking number. To look those up and I had to go back but then it lost the info I just input. Not able to rent a car then. Will have to use another website. Really, you could make this so simple to book everything at once. It also doesn’t save my past flights so I have a baggage credit but I have to keep that on email.

Over all its a good app but the frequent freeze of the app or unresponsiveness should be looked at. Also a good idea would be if it would save our bookings instead of searching for it every time. Another things is that the airline states we can change our bookings but this is only possible from a computer web browser. We need to see more app independence from the site.
Problematic app, problematic airline

App crashes quite often, asks for login credentials all the time Airline charges random fees for “Excess” weight in luggage. Six of us, checked in 2 pieces, got charged 35 Euros ($40) because one piece of luggage was 2kg overweight (25 instead of 23kg). Mind you, our total weight allowance was 6x23kg=138kg and we checked in 37kg total. Not the right way to treat customers
Love Aegean, but difficult app

Love flying the app, but always run into bugs when trying to book flights through the app. Still a big fan of the app but please make it easier for us to book through mobile!
