Install Phoder app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Phoder"
The search will reveal the Phoder app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Phoder is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Phoder.

Totally worthless

It didn’t tell you in the App Store that the app dors not work with your current IOS folders but instead you have to upload all photos to this app. And it didn’t tell you in the App Store that to do that must first use either FTP transfers (daunting for most amateur users) or iTunes (which I don't use). Opening screen is amateurish and interface is clumsy. I suspect this was developed by some bright teenager for an advanced computer class. I also suspect the one review extolling after-service was written by a friend. But regardless the bottom line: I paid for it, downloaded it and can’t use it. Just loss $2.99.

The best I can describe is, this FINALLY let me move away from and completely replace the stock Photos app. It is not the "prettiest" interface VISUALLY, but, PRODUCTIVEly, it is second to none. It is EXACTLY what I was looking for. My problem with the one that comes built in, is that the thumbnails occupy too much space. NO OTHER APP OFFERS THE MANAGEMENT OPTIONS OF THIS ONE. The SPEED with which you can select pictures, move them, etc Here's how I'm using this: I import everything here from "camera roll", empty cam roll (or just leave most used/recent there) and when I need to use an image in another app, I export to cam roll and use it. It saves me gigs of space (that native app takes up by having three massive sets of thumbnails) I cannot describe in words.... The reason for my overreaction is for how LONG I have been trying to find an app like this. I have been searching everywhere, reviews, etc etc etc. THANK YOU
Excellent Image Resolution

Great little App... Not only can you have sub-folders but what some of the other reviews didn't mention is that your images display the original resolution. You really notice this when you pinch to zoom out. I notice this when I view my scanned maps. I've tried Filebrowser and Stash Pro but they seem to compress the images slightly. The UI is a bit simplistic but it's very easy to use. Now if he would let us password protect individual folders ... that would be great.
