Terrible APP

This app doesn't do anything of what it promises.! I wish there was a way for me to get my 10 dollars back, because I will never have any use of this worthless app.!
Great simple app, great support

I needed a simple, straightforward app to record band practices (not for recording an album or anything complicated like that -- just something to listen back to afterwards for our own personal review). This app fit the bill perfectly, the recording sounds good (as good as could be expected from my MacBook's built-in microphone), and I didn't encounter any problems even with long recording sessions (an hour or two, resulting in 1-2GB AIFF files). Furthermore, the customer support is excellent -- they responded to my requests very quickly, and even provided a custom version of the application that included a feature request I had! Highly recommended for simple audio recording needs!

I'm a college student who values recorded lectures. I have no regrets buying this app. Try to sit in front of the voice being projected if the instructor is not wearing a microphone or doesn't talk loudly. You CAN hear the recording, but with the volume high. Other than that, great product especially when compared with evernote! I'd like to see the app come up with a function to take notes while recording like Evernote has. It would be nice to open one application rather than two when I'm studying the recordings and the notes I've typed.
Not recommended; a bit buggy and you cannot record compressed audio

This app is for recording uncompressed audio only, which was not clear from the description. It says "no MP3 export", but I did not understand what that meant. I also found it to be a bit buggy; after a few minutes of use I could not longer play audio or move the marker. It also hiccuped quite a bit during playback. I am going to keep looking for an app that record compressed audio right to disk.
