Install Toonic app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Toonic on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Toonic"
The search will reveal the Toonic app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Toonic is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Toonic.
Now enjoy Toonic on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Toonic,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Toonic" » then Click "Install".
- Toonic will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great for First Time Animators

Since their update, the app no longer randomly closes. I haven't yet tried to see just how many frames you can use, but there are enough to copy ten for re-animating or smoothing of drawings. The user interface is much simpler and user friendly than before and the drawing tool is much smoother. Contains a basic palette of colors like Paint and and eraser which you can choose the size of. I highly recommend this app to people who want to try their hand at animation.
Does Not Work Correctly

The app often misinterprets the gestures to create and switch between frames, and is consistently ruining my animations. Whenever I make a video, it plays well at first, but as I add more frames, the previous frames start switching order, and the animation is ruined. I don't know why. It does this, but it is a pain. The concept of the app is good, but the developer who made this is not. I would not recommend this app.

This app is simple and clean. Yes it could use a layers function but its great for me to get some animation practice.

Easy to clone pages and then play my pages. This was great fun. Like my old flip books as a kid. Built a marketing video for my company. Simple and easy. Great app.
