  • A Relief without the couch

    By earlycurt (Pcmac user)

This website is perfect for anyone that is suffering in any way. Through the years I did see a Therapist and it was the best medicine for anyone that is hurt. You only get to stay there for an hour. I still found it refreshing. Browsing one day I stumbled on this website and it has helped tremendously. I was able to communicate with several participants. It was such a relief, I started doing different things and I found a job. I definitely recommend, only if people are mature adults, in order someone can get help. Thanks for starting this platform that allows you to talk and be anonymous.
  • Angry and Disappointed

    By Shadowsharckcattooth (Pcmac user)

What the heck. This app has given me a place to go and be supported because literally no one close to me struggles with what I do. I have multiple chronic illnesses that lead to 3am bathroom breakdowns because I can’t move off the floor because of how dizzy and nauseous I am. This app has given me a place to vent about when that’s happening to try and distract myself and get some support and non-harmful release at 3am when all my friends are sleeping. This app has saved my life on multiple occasions and multiple users have talked me out of s*lf h*rm*ng because of how upset I get about not being able to find any acting jobs near me. If you had to change the minimum age to work with Europe’s new laws, that’s understandable. But instead of deleting and restricting hundreds of thousands of people from sometimes their ONLY support mechanism, maybe you should’ve adding a feature to ask if this app can access your location in order to make sure you’re above minimum age for those country’s laws. Now you’ve taken away pretty much my only dang support system because you had to change your WHOLE policy for EVERYONE.
  • So many glitches

    By Jbiebersgf (Pcmac user)

I have been a member of this app for more than 3 years now and it’s helped me when I really needed it most of the time. But for some reason ever since I got the app it’s always had glitches and problems that take forever to get fixed and once they do new ones just come up. I just downloaded this app again because I’m in desperate need of help since I’m on a medication break and I can’t even comment on posts because they literally just wont publish or load. How are we supposed to help each other or receive help if we can’t even communicate with each other? Also, I just want to warn that sometimes this app can be more triggering than helpful to people with mental illness. I got in a very negative headspace to the point where that app was just adding to the negative vibes around me. But it’s different for everyone and every situation.
  • the adssssss jezus

    By Eabisaig (Pcmac user)

I’ve been on this app for hmmmm 3 yrs now and let’s just say I’ve had my bumps with the creator and some of the minions I was obviously bullied by a moderator on multiple platforms and what happened? I was told to chill out on my passive aggressive posts or I would get banned And the mod? Still here, we’re okay now but for a platform that claims to not tolerate any form of bullying I was disappointed. (Jamie you know who this is so go ahead and ban me.) overall the concept of the app is cool and somewhat helpful but oooooof does it have its scandals It has turned into what the community likes to call “twitter for depressed people”, the longer you stay the more you’ll realize you will get sucked into the “popularity” concept of the app either by your “rank” amount of hearts or just even getting on the popular page. It’s addicting and wow some people are the worst. also very little has been done to protect its users from creepy messages asking for nudes. But my biggest complaint for now is the ads I understand they need the money but ffs you have patreons an ad ISNT necessary every two clicks. Over all, would I recommend? Yeah sure but not for longtime use
