Download and install the FlyBy Nav app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using FlyBy Nav on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "FlyBy Nav"
- The search will reveal the FlyBy Nav app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once FlyBy Nav is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including FlyBy Nav.
- Now enjoy FlyBy Nav on PC.

To get FlyBy Nav on Windows 11, check if there's a native FlyBy Nav Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing FlyBy Nav:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "FlyBy Nav" » Click "Install" to install FlyBy Nav
- FlyBy Nav will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Had previously utilized this app, the app E6B, & this app Pro on an HP PDA since 2004 and am glad to see it was available for iPod/iPhone. Both the E6B & Nav are greatly improved with easy to use features such as fuel burn rates and ETE when current winds are know and added into calculations. Impressive data base of airports. Even if you are enroute destination not in data base, you can easily input the lat/long, enter, and save in your favorites.
Would definitely recommend to fellow aviators.
Tech support from skywritersoft and Mr Ganz is top notch.
Look forward to release of this app Pro in iPhone iteration.

FlyBy Nav

This is fast becoming my favorite flying software. I downloaded this and did some backcountry flying over the weekend and was impressed how easy it was to use. It is very intuitive and laid out with just the right info for on the go flight planning.
One of the coolest features is when you save to your favorites list, it adds the airport name as well as the identifier. This is a real help if you are flying to small airports that only have three digit codes such as U87.
I also fly an expermental, so being abe to add all the current info for my aircraft was way cool. Now I just go to my favorites and choose where I want to go and bingo, the route, time in flight, and fuel burn is right there. Awesome!
If you`re looking for a great program to get you to where you want to go without all the hupla, this is the one to get. I highly recommend it.

FlyByNav is a Fantastic App!

Too many flight planning apps require either a WiFi connection, 3G, a logon or a subscription. FlyByNav only requires a one time fee and can be used offline!
Here's what I like:
Off Line Use of entire USA database
Quickly calculate Time Enroute between airports
Saves multiple aircraft flight profiles
Quick Charter Quoting
Quick METAR/TAF of departure and arrival airports
One Time Fee for Life! No Subscriptions
My only wish is for the app to download current winds aloft for a selected cruise alititude. Although the app does allow manual input of winds aloft the info must be found somewhere else.

Very quick & easy to use. As a flight instructor I can quickly verify a students flight plan calculations. Using the satellite map view we can discuss ground reference points and actually see what they look like from the air.
