What is PicBlender? PicBlender is a photo editing app that allows users to blend and fuse two different photos to create unique and artistic effects. The app offers 18 different blending modes and an effect strength slider to adjust the strength of the effect. Users can also switch the order of blending to get even more possibilities to improve their photos. The app is compatible with all listed iDevices and can be used to improve HDR photos, exposure, lights, colors, luminosity, and more.

Software Features and Description

1. Just select 2 photos in your photo library and start blending them; choose a blending mode with the top scroll menu, and adjust the strength of the effect with bottom slider.

2. Select one of the embedded image and blend it with one of your photos to create color tone effects, black and white effect and many other different artistic effects.

3. PicBlender is the perfect app to improve your photos, and HDR photos, and to fusion 2 differents photos to create astonishing effects.

4. NOTE: you shall allow the app to access your photo library; if you don't the app won't be able to import and export photos from and to your camera roll.

5. Blend and fusion your photos and pictures with PicBlender and create astonishing photos.

6. Save your newly created photos in your photos library, print them out or share them by email, or publish them on social networks.

7. - Switch the order of the blending of the photos and get even more possibilities to improve your photos.

8. You can change this setting in the Settings app -> Privacy -> Photos.

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using PicBlender on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PicBlender"
The search will reveal the PicBlender app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once PicBlender is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PicBlender.
Now enjoy PicBlender on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use PicBlender,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "PicBlender" » then Click "Install".
- PicBlender will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I had this app Pic Blend, for a long time and never had a problem with it. But now all the sudden it just crashes as soon as I blend one of my pics. Could someone fix the problem. It was one of my fav and it should have a 5star but not in this condition. Please fix. Thanks

I'm not sure why this app gets all negative reviews. I have literally hundreds of photo apps, and I still find myself using this app on 50% of the photos I process. It has everything you need to merge photos with common blend effects. Yes, it is a one-trick pony. Yes, it does this one trick very well. I will create various versions of an image in other apps, then merge these different versions in this app to get some surprising color, contrast, and detail effects. If you want to discuss it you can find me on Instagram (topspinguy). If you are used to Photoshops layer blend modes you've got them all here, and for only 99cents. What more do you want?
