  • Not a scam, just real work

    By Belle Kas (Pcmac user)

I have had this app downloaded for as long as I can remember and never really did anything on it (which I completely regret as I’m writing this!!), but I just started really doing jobs this last week. Pay may not be a ton, but for the little amount of time you spend I think it’s worth it. I did 2 jobs on a Friday night, around 4:30. One of them was approved before I hit my second shift, the other one got approved Monday morning. Paid for the first one before I even woke up Monday morning, and the second paid by Tuesday. I’ve read the other reviews saying too much work for so little pay, but really guys it’s not a lot. An average shift for me is about 20-30 pictures (WHICH IS NOT BAD CONSIDERING YOU ONLY HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES). There’s no “type 100 words about your experience” or anything like that. Compared to some of the other apps and websites I’ve seen this one is a pretty easy going, quick money making app, for those who are prepared to do what is asked. Yes - there’s a chance you can get denied money, but that’s if you’re not doing what’s asked or don’t complete the job to it’s fullest. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to make extra money but not afraid to do what’s asked.
  • No money

    By DKpod (Pcmac user)

I’ve used this app and several others on and off for years and it only gets worse. The amount of money they pay for jobs has gone down and the amount of photos/questions has gone up. Other apps only require 1 to 4 photos but this one will have you taking photos of the sign, front and back of the store, the product or empty shelf several times and if you say the item isn’t there and if the next question is about a similar product next to it they want several photos of that same area again to prove it’s not there. I have too many complaints to list here. But if this app decides to pay more or offer better jobs I’d be happy to do them. But this app is not so friendly. If you have a problem on a job and click the I was asked to leave the store button they will not pay you if you started the job and left a question unanswered. They have several tricks they try to use to get you to do the work and submit many photos and answers without getting payment in return because you missed a question or checked the wrong box. It’s sad. But use at your own risk and good luck with their support team. Other apps are easier to use ask less questions and pays more money for less work. Field Agent is the best in my opinion. Good luck!
  • Waste of time

By No Pay, No Work (Pcmac user)

My first, and ONLY, shift was a complete waste of time. I completed the first task but was unable to start any of the other tasks as I was approached by an employee who asked me to please leave as taking photos of the displays and merchandise in the store is not permitted. The first task, alone, took nearly 20 minutes to complete. Then I receive an email stating that my submission was rejected and payment was denied. I understand that I did not complete all of the tasks, but since that was out of my control, I feel I should have received a partial payment for the time spent and embarrassment of being asked to leave. The payout was $7. Realistically, that doesn’t even cover my gas to get there and back. I did send an email to support a few days ago asking why partial payment was denied and have yet to receive a response of any sort. I’m unemployed right now and I decided to give this a try, along with several other delivery/dogwalking/etc. apps, so I at least have some money coming in. (Every little but counts, right?) What upsets me the most is that I could have been walking a dog for double the pay +tip, less time, and no hassle.
  • Needs to have better pay

    By RavenCheyenne (Pcmac user)

I check this app just about every day and have completed work with it several times. I really like it but find that the pay is very low for the amount of work required. I use other apps like this and they will pay at or around the same amount for half of the work requirement. I do love that I am able to see all the the requirements at the very beginning instead of as I go through like some others but the work with this app is very in depth and lengthy for the amount of pay. Normally I have to take so many pictures and answer so many questions that I can notice people looking at me with curiously. No one has asked me to leave yet, and I’ve prepared my response if they say anything, but I hope it never happens. I will continue to use this app but be aware that you will not make a ton of money for your time with this.
