Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "NYC Media"
The search will reveal the NYC Media app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NYC Media is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NYC Media.
Now enjoy NYC Media on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use NYC Media,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "NYC Media" » then Click "Install".
- NYC Media will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I used this app to find a restaurant to go to, and it was great! You can use their map feature to locate your current gps coordinates, then pick a video restaurant review for something nearby. Also, I wouldn't typically trust a restaurant review from city government, but it's New York City - not your typical city government. The videos are actually well produced and the restaurants they focus on cover all cuisines. Definitely recommending it to friends/fellow ios users.
