Install Viewer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Viewer on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Viewer"
The search will reveal the Viewer app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Viewer is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Viewer.
Now enjoy Viewer on PC.

Works as a an expensive version of preview

I was looking for this program to just be able to open a folder and navigate previous and next file. I like to change the view order in this app and it can't scroll between files in the same way this app shows them.

Seems to work fine, but I wish there were an option to turn off the two finger resize feature. With it, it is impossible to swipe left or right to change images in a folder.

Opens images very quickly. Also like that it auto quits when last image is closed.

It is a nice image this app, but lacks the basic simple function of "Set as Desktop Picture". I'd give it 5 stars then. The author's website is gone, and not updated, so can't even email a suggestion. Kinda looks like a good app that is going to be abandoned.
