Install deGeo - Geotag Remover, EXIF Viewer Photo Privacy Tool app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using deGeo on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "deGeo"
The search will reveal the deGeo - Geotag Remover, EXIF Viewer Photo Privacy Tool app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once deGeo is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including deGeo.
Now enjoy deGeo on PC.

Works as expected to remove geotags and allows save back to camera roll. Only downside is that there's no option to delete / replace the original (tagged) photo automatically. But it's easy enough to do that manually since the untagged versions are always saved in the newest photo position on your camera roll. Those writing 1 star reviews should learn to use an iPhone.
Lousy waste of $.99

Why would anyone pay for an app that only gives the option to work with the last 7 photos in your camera roll? When I discovered that was the case I thought maybe there was an in-app purchase that, after already purchasing the app), would allow you to work with any photo in the camera roll, however that doesn't seem to be the case. Waste of money.
Quickly remove photo metadata

I appreciate this app: it helps ameliorate the ponderous task removing image metadata (EXIF, inter alia). Rather than take time to open an image in an advanced editor, I this app lets me skip that ponderous middle step. I recommended this app, and I h̊i̊g̊h̊l̊ẙ recommend the app "Ṿ̨̊̈į̣̊̈ę̣̊̈ẉ̨̊̈̉Ę̣̈̊̉Ẍ̨̣̊Į̣̈̊F̨̣̈̊". The latter's title says it all.
