  • App Website is frequently down so you can't get passwords

    By gnomesatwork (Pcmac user)

The app is okay, but the subscription is overpriced. There is also the problem that if you can't log on to their website you can't get your passwords through the app. Their website is down a lot. It is currently down and I can't get my this app to work. Even if I try going to their website and logging on to get my passwords online, they're down. It is very frustrating. I notice they now have an option to link to Dropbox. That should not be necessary. They should have a reliable server. If they did, this would be a great app. I've emailed them in the past about this but never once have they responded to my emails.
  • Short lived perfermance!

    By AprilleH (Pcmac user)

This app was exactly what I was looking for--all I needed was one convenient location to store my usernames and passwords. Nearly every website requires a login name and the app and the requirements are always different "only letters", "must include numbers 0-9", "no special characters '?, _, -, etc"--and it got to be very confusing to remember them all. Every time I write one down, I lost it. If I keep a list in my desk drawer, I'm not at home when I need one. Resetting them and having to check my email repeatedly for "the app Reminders" got VERY OLD. Basically, it was my savior for about three months. Now for some reason, it won't let me open the app. I have the latest version available installed and I'm afraid to make any moves to try to fix it because it's the only place that ALL of my passwords are stored. I'm currently trying to pay some bills online and it's quite a headache trying to figure out my passwords for each one considering they each differ from the other by only one or two specific characters. If you get this app, be prepared for it to suddenly block you out. It might be convenient when you're not at home and need a reminder to login to a site, but make sure you write them all down on paper somewhere too or you will end up frustrated like me!
  • Misleading

    By cindyl28 (Pcmac user)

I downloaded this app when I got my new Mac. I thought that it would save all my passwords from my PC. I used it a few times and then was directed to a website. The website wanted me to keep my passwords on the internet or pay to keep them on my computer. I'm so sorry that I downloaded this worthless app.

The title explains it all. This server is not secure nor free.
