Developer needs an upgrade, not just app

Something I hate is when developers are very vague in their description of their app. Specially the in app purchases. The app as is when you download it appears to be only good for this app City. The in app purchases give you two choices,"unlimited this app," and "this app Premium." What the hell is the difference and what exactly do you get with each feature? Shouldn't it be common sense to describe the options in the description? Could it be so hard?

This app doesn't work. I just wasted my money. I was going to use it because I'm going to this app, turns out, it doesn't even tell you it is just for this app City, not the whole country. Don't buy it!!
