Install Paris - Offline Map & City Guide (w/metro!) app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Paris on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Paris"
The search will reveal the Paris - Offline Map & City Guide (w/metro!) app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Paris is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Paris.
Now enjoy Paris on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Paris,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Paris" » then Click "Install".
- Paris - Offline Map & City Guide (w/metro!) will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I wanted this to use offline. So far I have not been able to use on or offline. Says that costs $4.99 So I don't see that I got anything. Would give no star at this point or am I missing something...
No searching in map

Doesn't allow you to search for places on the map. Don't waste your time.
A truly terrible map

Forget trying to zero in on a neighborhood or walk down a street. All details blur or disappear. Useless.
Does not work, waste of money

"Drag the poi" does not work. Poorly organized app that is essentially useless.
