Great straightforward GPS tracking

I do a good bit of mountain biking, running, motorcycling and driving, and wanted a GPS tracking app that could handle them all without being specially made for one activity. this app does this brilliantly. Feature request: Would love a "dashboard" display that gives you all location stats at once. Would also love an altitude display.

Apparently "route planning" features require leaving a review, so here's my review: The app developer apparently chose to force reviews in order enable features rather than creating a great product they could be sure people would want to review because of the obvious quality. I can't review the feature that's locked because it's locked, I guess. But it's confusing because the wording was funny... "Do you want to leave a review and have the possibility of using route functions...." I guess I'll have to see if I get the feature or not. Maybe a sour review results in no feature? Who knows. Otherwise the app seems really quite good. This whole bit perplexed me and strikes me as a bit odious.
Powerful navigation tool. Best bang for buck.

I'm quite impressed with what you get for the price. It turns your iPhone into a powerful navigation tool for a few dollars. Can be a great learning tool as well and will get you excited about your hikes with all its tracking and info features. As for improvements: I wish documentation was more detailed and easier to find (like a visible help button to get you started). Downloading offline maps also felt a bit buggy - when selecting the layers of tiles to save locally the program gives you certain download size but once I downloaded them the size was 3 times smaller on flash which left me with questions on whether it's reliable. Repeating the process didn't make any difference. Haven't tried the online features so can't comment on them. Overall amazing tool that can be very powerful if you know how to use it. To the developers: Please continue to polish and develop it as people already love it!

I absolutely love how the app still tracks you even when the app is not open. Of course when you do not want it to the app you just turn it off, but other apps that I have used would turn off once I had closed the app. This one is nice because it stays on all the time and tracks me everywhere I go and I really love that because I am an avid traveler and love to the app my courses. Keep everything the same don't change anything. Please don't change anything. There is no app like this one.
