Software Features and Description

1. If you have feedback about using the app with other models please let us know by sending an email to support@checkmybox.de. In case the file format or the way messages are stored by the Fritz!Box answering or fax machine should be changed in future firmware versions, we'll make all effort to adopt this app accordingly.

2. Access to the FRITZ!Box is also possible outside your local WiFi network if the option "Grant access to storage to users from the Internet" is enabled and you configured the MyFRITZ! service or a dynamic DNS domain name in your Fritz!Box.

3. The voice box messages and received fax documents will be downloaded from the Fritz!Box, stored within the app and can be accessed also in offline mode when your iPhone cannot connect to the Fritz!Box.

4. Multiple FRITZ!Box devices can be configured (e.g. Private, Office etc.). In addition you can combine several lists as groups to easily get an overview across all your devices.

5. - Voice box and fax messages: Answering or fax machine must be configured in your Fritz!Box.

6. In principle it should also be possible to use other Fritz!Box models with this app, but those were not yet tested.

7. Currently the AVM Fritz!Box models 7590, 7490 and 6490 with the latest firmware are supported.

8. The app comes with a detailed setup wizard which easily guides you through step-by-step instructions on how to configure your Fritz!Box and the required settings within the app.

9. If you have questions, suggestions for improvements or need help in setting up this app, please don't hesitate to send an email to support@checkmybox.de. We're happy to assist you and your feedback is highly appreciated.

10. Nevertheless it cannot be guaranteed that this is technically possible in all cases.

Install CheckMy!Box app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using CheckMy!Box on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CheckMy!Box"
The search will reveal the CheckMy!Box app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CheckMy!Box is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CheckMy!Box.
Now enjoy CheckMy!Box on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native CheckMy!Box Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use CheckMy!Box,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "CheckMy!Box" » then Click "Install".
- CheckMy!Box will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
