Top Pcmac Reviews

  • Beautiful app!

    By dcup21 (Pcmac user)

Gorgeous illustrations, well-organized. I like how it lists all species in taxonomic order, by family. The other review says there aren't descriptions and bird calls, but this is incorrect. The app does include bird calls and descriptions. Just scroll along thumbnails at bottom.
  • Clunky & primitive

    By Lintfree (Pcmac user)

Lots of information but difficult to navigate. No easy way to switch between similar bird pictures or songs to compare. No way to annotate the app seen. Range maps and songs require too many clicks to find and are ignored when scrolling through pictures & BWP. Too expensive for such a clunky & primitive app.
  • Comprehensive Coverage

    By Carducci (Pcmac user)

Pros: Comprehensive. Each entry has many drawings, some photographs, a range map, and several sound recordings. Also shows nests, immatures, and fledglings in many cases. Navigation is easy. Only choice I found for iPad/iPod/iPhone. (Probably why the charge so much! The USA Audubon the app has twice the the app, better navigation, and costs half as much). Cons: Does not enable annotation or establishing your own list. Does not have a facility to show like species. Cost is about double what it should be.
  • Отличное приложение!!

    By Voodison (Pcmac user)
