Install NetcamViewer Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using NetcamViewer on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "NetcamViewer"
The search will reveal the NetcamViewer Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NetcamViewer is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NetcamViewer.
Now enjoy NetcamViewer on PC.

Not shareable with family share

The only complaint I have against this app is the fact that it is not shareable among family members. I paid $6 for the full version then realized this fact. I was hopping I could let my family members access to all the camera around the house but apparently that asking too much. Other than this... This would have been an awesome app.
Clean & Simple

Works very well with my older LinkSys. It didn't find it on my LAN when I searched, but it was easy enough to enter the address and port. Accesses the image quickly when I start the app, and I like the tap-to-zoom feature.
Pretty good overall.

Using this with a Foscam FI8910W. Setup was easy and have no problems viewing the camera feed. Only complaint is with the PTZ function. When trying to use any of the PTZ features in the app, the camera will either move in the direction first selected until it can go no further and not respond to any further commands or the app will just crash. As I said though, if you are just needing to view your cam, this app is easy to configure and use. PTZ features may be a different story depending on your camera.

I was having issues connecting to my raspberry pi cam using IOS and a web browser. Install this app and works like magic. Clean and simple and easy to use.
