If your in field service and you need an idea where a building is located this a good app.Yes still need some work if you work in lower portion of Manhattan there are quite a few street missing. But still very helpful.
Worst app I own

This app is not user friendly! It doesn't have all the streets (where is Varrick?) and doesn't have the ability to figure out which subway to take. For a free app fine, but to pay 2.99 not cool!
