For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Cinépolis" » Click "Install" to install Cinépolis

It has been almost a year now that I try to pay for tickets and it does not allow you to do so. My cards work perfectly fine and I have tried 4 different ones, even PayPal and apple pay and nothing works. So stressful, especially because by the time you get to the theater, unless you are there an hour early, all the good seats are taken. The one time it worked, it took my payment of two VIP tickets and crashed and they just took my money and I was not allowed into my movie without tickets.

Despite other reviews, this is a great app. Yes! It supports Mexican cities only and it is only in spanish, but that’s because this is the Mexican app. If you read this and you are not in Mexico, don’t download it... There is a version for USA (I’m not quite sure if there are from other countries).

Always had difficulties with making the payment, even with multiple cards. Yesterday I was buying tickets, I got an error message and was told to try again, however the seats I was selecting showed as sold and my credit card was charged. I will find out this afternoon when I go to the cinema if they have my tickets or not. :(

Just to let everyone of the people who wrote that they didn’t receive the tickets, just wanted to tell you that this is only fir people in Mexico. So think before you buy an app.
