Crashes at least 2-3 times within half hour block. I listen early morning, I have a Iphone, with no other apps running in the background, and all my notifications off except text and phone of course..but crashes. Unstable platform unlike Kwaves app. I have alerted customer service at least 5-7 times but no response....
