Install Balance XD app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

The search will reveal the Balance XD app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Balance XD is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Balance XD.
Now enjoy Balance XD on PC.

Stressful xD

At first I didn't like the game that much, but I kept playing to unlock the OpentFeint achievements and it started the seem like a great game. The more I played the more eager I was to unlock that 60sec achievement. I really enjoyed playing the game and I highly recommend trying it. It's free so it's at least worth a shot.

This game is stupid and I spent ten minutes trying to get past the first level. You can't keep the bottom ball on because you're trying to get the top. Frustration is the name if this game. :|
