    I love this app, use it multiple times a day to take mini breaks. It adds to my spiritual practice in meaningful ways. I am addicted to the peace I can access quickly by just breathing. I find the visuals and sounds helpful to access peace within. I would have liked more instruction on how specifically to structure a breathing meditation course for myself using the app. I tried different settings and overdid it by trying. My lungs felt strained for a day or so. Other than that I am grateful for the app and one of my kids is using it as well.
