1. The "Sanshin" (Sanxian,三線) is a traditional and very popular musical instrument in Okinawa.

2. The Sanshin is indispensable to life of people in Okinawa with traditional "Shima-Uta" that means song of islands.

3. But, the performance method of the Sanshin is farther simpler than the Shamisen,and is friendly musical instrument.

4. The Sanshin looks like the shamisen that is the tradition musical instrument of Japan similarly.

5. Okinawa is beautiful islands located on the end of the southwest of Japan.

6. In this application, proper finger positions will be displayed on the screen with Kanji.

7. These also correspond to scores that is called "Kun-Kun-Shi" written in Kanji.

Install Sanshin app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Using Sanshin on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Sanshin"
The search will reveal the Sanshin app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Sanshin is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Sanshin.
Now enjoy Sanshin on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Sanshin,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Sanshin" » then Click "Install".
- Sanshin will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Nice little instrument

No fancy bells or whistles- just your basic interesting little iPhone instrument. I really like apps like this, and this is a good one. It's well done, fairly nice graphics, good sound and quite playable. I hope they continue to develop this and people will give it a try- definitely worth having in your arsenal if you like this sort of thing.
Mediocre Sound Quality

I was so excited to finally find the this app (Okinawa Guitar) for the iphone\itouch. With my passion and love for Okinawa and music, I immediately downloaded it. After playing with it for a while, I was disappointed in the sound quality of the different pitch classes. It sounds rather electronic and computer generated at times. I was hoping for more authentic sounding notes. I also with there were a couple songs built in that you could play along with. I look forward to updates to this app that will improve the sound quality and add more features that help one get started to play some Okinawa songs.
