Install SMS Export app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SMS Export on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SMS Export"
The search will reveal the SMS Export app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SMS Export is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SMS Export.
Now enjoy SMS Export on PC.

A little confusing but it works

Having lost my partner and getting a new phone, I needed a way of documenting our time together and not letting it go. This app was a savior that made my day and break down into tears once i succeeded. If you follow the steps, it works! Tho I ran into a couple hiccups, but emailed the company to get a response within 24 hours, which they included screen grabs and a better description as to what I was missing. Only thing I would suggest is letting the user know, to go into settings and allowing the app to do its thing. This was told to me later and had that been stated I never would of bothered the developer. But it’s all good, cause they did help, they wanted to help and I am 100% satisfied with getting the results I wanted for $5, as a posed to similar apps charging 50$+. Thank you for developing this app, thank you for the affordability and thank you for being an actual human who replies to clients concerns.

You have to install it on your phone, on iTunes on your PC, and download their application for the PC. Once you do this, it works exactly as they said it would. I searched for a while trying to find something to transfer my the app files ok my phone to my PC and all the apps were $30 but this one did it for $5. Also, I had difficulty with it recognizing that I purchased the app at first. I emailed the support staff and they responded in 53 minutes with a solution that helped me get past my problem. I would definitely recommend this app if you are looking for a cheap way to get you texts from you phone to your computer. This won't be the prettiest looking app you work with and it may take a little extra work to set up by it gets the job done.

Love this app. I have been using it for the past 4 years. Paid $4.99 once. Can't believe how cheap it is for what you are getting! The app loads easily onto your desktop and then works perfectly. Very user friendly. No problems, ever. The only thing it doesn't do is download pictures that were sent via text. I have seen some text apps that download pictures in color. It does download emojis though. Before you download to desktop, you can select what text messages you want and the dates. Downloads into Excel, which makes it even easier to sort info later. Really awesome app, I recommend it for sure.

My wife passed away recently and I was very nervous that I would not be able to save all her text messages...expecially to me. This software was easy to use and worked exactly as expected and I was able to download all the text messages from her iPhone and iPad. Anyone wanting to extract all text messages from your iPhone...well I would HIGHLY recommend this app. Just a Note: I was having problems getting the export button to work but I sent an email to the support team and got an answer in less than 24 hrs. I used the desktop app on a Windows 10 PC and it worked perfectly.
