Having a place to record my goal compliance really helps me to improve it. This app does just what it's intended to and does it well. Sometimes I find myself wanting to record more fine grained detail. But if it had that, it would be a different app. And I've sometimes found a more detailed, time consuming interface to be a deterrent to recording anything at all. So I appreciate that this app is straightforward and easy to use.

Motivates me to keep the chain going

I actually love tapping the X to show I’ve done it. The gaps bother me and this simple thing has made the difference! I’m a ONE Thing fan and I heard that Geoff used it, so I gave it a try for our 66 day challenge. My 13 yo son is now using it because his teacher gave them a 66 day challenge to read x amount every day to build the habit. There is no limit to the things you might improve by tracking them and being accountable for your wins and losses and strive to have more wins. I like complicated things, but simple is what’s working for me. Love this app!

Motivating

I’m a simple guy. Being able to track various things that I mean to do (exercise, volunteer work, doing things with my kids) in a simple, visible way is great. I feel good every time I put an X on a calendar. It’s also helpful to be able to look back over the previous year/month to see trends and help remember how I’ve been living up to my goals over the long term.

This a simple app but helps me to achieve my goals or things that are hard to let . It has help to achieve great habits and pretty difficult goals. Sometimes it’s hard to let go certain person that cause you harm that once you consider a friend, for those difficult time I have use this app and it helps heal the wound. It also help me achieve simple goals like cleaning my room and so on !
Suggestions:
-If you could add a variety of positive and encouragement quotes it would be nice
-It would be awesome to see this app on Apple Watch
-Add Touch ID lock
- Add a setting to change the size of fonts and letters, the numbers and letters of the calendar are too small
