Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Billiards on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Billiards"
The search will reveal the Billiards app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Billiards is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Billiards.
Now enjoy Billiards on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Billiards,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Billiards" » then Click "Install".
- Billiards will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This was tolerable before...

I put up with the bugginess, occasional random crashing, impossibility of aiming when the cue is near the edge, and the app failing to recognize that somebody has won (with no balls remaining on the table, or even a cue!) Then baKa-no decided im not even allowed to do that without paying to upgrade. NOPE! App deleted. I wont be trying anything else from baka-no either.

I am so frustrated with this app! It's graphics are great; I love the ball return; nice selection of games. But I can't shoot the ball!!!! Please fix the clumsiness of shot attempt in a future update! Trying to aim, determine shot strength, and then shoot accurately not only frustrating, it's driving me close to the point of deletion. My craziness was not trying the lite version first, but it looked like a quality app. I've learned my lesson, will you?

I've been following up BaKno's games since they started more than a year ago. They seem to improve with every new release. This one is no exception. Great game.. very entertaining. Keep up the good work !!
UNPLAYABLE!

I really don't understand how this was accepted by APPLE. Jerky graphics, slow play, and difficulty just taking a shot. I downloaded just to see what the AI did at snooker. I still don't know, as it would be too painfull to watch. Going to the trash bin!
