Install Roku Mobile App - TV Remote app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Roku"
The search will reveal the Roku Mobile App - TV Remote app icon. Open, then click "Install".
