What is ISM en tu Bolsillo?
This app is designed for people belonging to the Special Social Security Regime of Maritime Workers, to facilitate all procedures and management with the Social Institute of the Navy through the application itself. The Social Institute of the Navy is one of the Managing Entities of the Spanish Social Security System. It is attached to the State Secretariat for Social Security and Pensions and has specific regulations, being its main rule Law 47/2015, of October 21, regulating the social protection of workers in the maritime-fishing sector.
1. 路 Otros: Tambi茅n podr谩 solicitar su Tarjeta Sanitaria Europea, as铆 como, la de sus beneficiarios; solicitar cita previa para el reconocimiento m茅dico de embarque mar铆timo o para otras gestiones que necesite realizar en nuestras oficinas y utilizar el servicio de localizaci贸n de oficinas.
2. Aplicaci贸n dirigida a las personas pertenecientes al R茅gimen Especial de la Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores del Mar, dise帽ada para facilitar la realizaci贸n de todos los tr谩mites y gestiones con el Instituto Social de la Marina a trav茅s de la propia aplicaci贸n.
3. 路 En el 谩rea de Sanidad Mar铆tima: Podr谩 descargar, entre otros, sus informes m茅dicos y certificados (Certificado M茅dico de Aptitud para el Embarque, informes m茅dicos, espirometr铆as, anal铆ticas, etc.), as铆 como, acceder al servicio de localizaci贸n de buques hospital.
4. Para acceder a la aplicaci贸n se requiere identificaci贸n mediante Cl@ve permanente, lo que da acceso a todas las funcionalidades de la aplicaci贸n, o v铆a SMS si el m贸vil est谩 registrado en la Seguridad Social.
5. Si no est谩 registrado previamente con Cl@ve permanente, se puede realizar el registro identific谩ndose mediante DNI electr贸nico o certificado digital o presencialmente en una oficina de registro Cl@ve, entre las que se encuentran las de la Seguridad Social.
6. Se encuentra adscrita a la Secretar铆a de Estado de Seguridad Social y Pensiones y cuenta con una regulaci贸n espec铆fica, siendo su norma de cabecera la Ley 47/2015, de 21 de octubre, reguladora de la protecci贸n social de las personas trabajadoras del sector mar铆timo-pesquero.
7. - Acceder a los avisos que recibir谩 en relaci贸n con la caducidad de su Certificado de Aptitud para el Embarque, de actualizaci贸n del COE; de recordatorio de nuevo reconocimiento o de nueva respuesta en el Buz贸n de Consultas.
8. - Acceder a los certificados o informes que se haya descargado previamente a trav茅s del men煤 servicios, para tenerlos disponibles en cualquier momento y lugar, incluso cuando no se disponga de conexi贸n a internet.
9. 路 En cuanto a Formaci贸n mar铆tima y sanitaria: Podr谩 realizar solicitudes de formaci贸n y obtener informaci贸n y tramitar sus gestiones en relaci贸n con el certificado de formaci贸n sanitaria espec铆fica.
10. - Utilizar el buz贸n de consultas, plantear las dudas que tenga sobre sus gestiones con el Instituto Social de la Marina.

- Access to different personalized services depending on the user's situation in the Special Maritime Regime:
路 In the area of Maritime Health: You can download, among others, your medical reports and certificates (Medical Certificate of Aptitude for Embarkation, medical reports, spirometry, blood tests, etc.), as well as access the hospital ship location service.
路 In terms of Social Security: You can access the retirement simulator "JUBIMAR" and download your reports and certificates (work history, current worker situation, COE, contribution data, etc.).
路 Regarding Maritime and Health Training: You can make training requests and obtain information and process your procedures related to the certificate of specific health training.
路 Others: You can also request your European Health Insurance Card, as well as that of your beneficiaries; request an appointment for the medical recognition of maritime embarkation or for other procedures that you need to carry out in our offices and use the office location service.
- Submit requests and documents through Electronic Registry.
- Use the consultation mailbox, ask questions you have about your management with the Social Institute of the Navy.
- Access the notices you will receive regarding the expiration of your Certificate of Aptitude for Embarkation, updating of the COE; reminder of new recognition or new response in the Consultation Mailbox.
- Access the certificates or reports that you have previously downloaded through the services menu, to have them available at any time and place, even when there is no internet connection.
- To access the application, permanent Cl@ve identification is required, which gives access to all the functionalities of the application, or via SMS if the mobile is registered in Social Security. If you are not previously registered with permanent Cl@ve, you can register by identifying yourself with an electronic ID or digital certificate or in person at a Cl@ve registration office, including those of Social Security.
