1. Drivers will be able to utilize the cars on off hours (first come first serve basis for slotted cars) if needed and demand is low in exchange for kms used.

2. Once a driver reaches the maximum hourly rate they will have the opportunity to apply for internal job posting that interests them or continue driving for our higher class services that are strictly for business use.

3. We hope to hire as many Drivers as possible to provide a seamless system but we are restricted by the amount we can charge Users.

4. Drivers will also enjoy certain perks from the system including kms per month credited for personal travel.

5. All drivers will be given yearly wage increases based on star ratings provided by clients.

8. Drivers can make anywhere between $15 - $20 per hour based on experience.

9. Drivers are held to an extremely high standard and policies are enforced.

10. Tips go 50% towards the driver and the other 50% is maintained for maintenance and repairs towards the vehicles.

11. As our system expands these benefits will increase for all of our employees.
