Would not continue to work, terrible response time

I paid for the full version, and down loaded this app in September, 2021, and for two days, it worked well. After the second day, it wouldn’t work, it would completely shut down the app. I wrote to the developer, and they recommended that I download an update. I downloaded the update, and it still wouldn’t work. I wrote to the developer again, and they said that my files must be bad, that I could sound them to them. What? Why would I send you my personal MP3 files? I am a DJ, with over 16,000, mp3 files, and they are in perfect working order. I asked for a refund, and as you may have guessed it, no reply back from the developer.
