What is VocaLive CS? VocaLive is a real-time vocal processor and recording app that provides singers and vocalists with a suite of 12 professional studio-quality effects, along with a range of tools to help you practice, sing and record. The app allows you to process your voice, sing along to any song in your iTunes Music library, and warm up with helpful vocal warm-up tools. You can also use the app to record whole songs, create harmonies, and more.

Software Features and Description

1. VocaLive provides singers and vocalists with a suite of 12 real-time professional vocal effects, along with a range of tools to help you practice, sing and record.

2. With VocaLive you can process your voice, sing along to any song in your iTunes Music library — its Voice Cancel feature lets you remove existing vocals — and warm up with helpful vocal warm-up tools.

3. With the optional Mic Room feature, VocaLive also gives you the sound and color of 20 classic and modern studio microphone emulations, for even more control over your vocal tone.

4. VocaLive also supports Core Audio and Core MIDI so you can use any compatible third-party interface or MIDI controller, and Audiobus and Inter-App Audio compatible, letting you use it alongside your favorite recording or songwriting apps.

5. IMPORTANT: AmpliTube users can add the effects processors from VocaLive to their AmpliTube app using the “Restore my purchases” option in the in-app menu.

6. Control your virtual rig just as easily as you would a traditional vocal multiFX with new iRig Stomp I/O integration, so you can change presets, control effects and more right from your feet.

7. You can add 10 additional effects à la carte from a selection that includes Pitch Fix (for tuning or stylized FX), Choir, Morph, De-Esser, Delay, Parametric EQ, Compressor, Chorus, Phazer and Envelope Filter.

8. Use the new 2-track recorder to sing over backing tracks, or expand the studio section (available via in-app purchase) to record whole songs.

9. For best quality, use VocaLive with IK’s iRig Mic range of microphones, from handheld to studio condenser mic.

10. Plus VocaLive offers an optional 4-track looper to easily create songs, harmonies and more on the fly.

11. VocaLive CS for iPhone comes with the Reverb effect, and upon registration the Double effect is unlocked.

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "VocaLive CS"

- Headphones are great for amplified singing or humming along the track in tune.

- The singer can hear his or her own voice, making it easier to stay in tune.

- The app is available on multiple devices, including iPad and iPhone 6.

☹ Cons:

- The alphabetical order of songs is not consistent across all devices, which can be confusing.

- The app spontaneously crashes, which can be frustrating and may result in the loss of recordings.

- The app is supposed to work with GarageBand, but it doesn't always function properly and can be buggy when used as an inter-app effect.

I like the app, my only problem is the songs are alphabetical on my iPad and iPhone 6, however, they are not my iPhone X
Doesn’t work with GarageBand

I really like the app. The problem is: it is supposed to work with GarageBand, but it doesn’t!!! Every time that I try to record I lose all audio. It is buggy when you use it as an inter-app effect. I did pay for the upgrade, but it is not worth it. Not until the fix the compatibility issue. I am unable to use the app for the purpose that I paid for it. I want my money back!
App crashes

I would’ve given this app a higher rate if it weren’t for the fact that this app spontaneously crashes. It’s super annoying. especially when you have recordings that you like on it. you will lose them eventually.
Sing in tune with gaming headset

Finally it's there! I always thought how nice it would be to walk along the house with a headphone on and at the same time hear your own voice with reverb mixed into the track you're playing. Amplified singing or humming along the track in tune (if you can sing) is great for song practice or just for fun when you want to be a part of the track to. Headphones are great for that, and when other people hear you sing with the app it may sound great cause of the fact that the singer can hear his or her own voice. And it doesn't have to be loud. As far as I know there's not (yet) a quality headset with a special iPhone plug for mic ànd sound (only the ones with mic in the cable for phonecalls). You have to buy a (hard to get) adapter for this purpose and a quality gaming headset. So the iRig mic is ok but when you want your hands free (when cleaning the house, cooking etc) a headset with a quality mic is a better idea.
