What is FEED?

The FEED Mobile App is a convenient way for associates to access their schedule, news, deals, and links to applications they use every day. It is designed to improve the overall associate experience by providing a more accessible way to engage with company content. The app features breaking news articles, access to ExpressHR for paycheck stubs, information about Kroger history and programs, progress on the Zero Hunger | Zero Waste goal, and inspiring stories from fellow associates.

Software Features and Description

1. FEED Mobile App is intended to help improve your overall associate experience by giving you a more convenient way (an easier way) to engage with company content.

2. Additionally, associates can use the mobile app to easily access the tools they need to do their job by selecting their department page off the main menu.

3. We are excited to bring you a new and improved FEED experience! The FEED Mobile App has all the great resources from desktop FEED but puts them directly at your fingertips on your mobile device.

4. Access Associate Deals off the main menu where you can find all the great benefits our company offers.

5. Learn about Kroger history and our programs in the ‘About Kroger’ page off the main menu.

6. Instantly connect and enhance your associate experience to see your schedule, news, deals and links to applications you use every day, at your fingertips.

7. Scroll through breaking news articles on the home page or venture to the Schedule tab for hourly associates’ schedule.

8. The ‘Company News’ page gives you a glimpse into the news and happenings at the Kroger Family of Companies.

10. Be inspired to try new innovative food items and recipes by engaging in foodie stories posted to FEED.

Download and install the FEED Mobile app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using FEED on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "FEED"
The search will reveal the FEED Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once FEED is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including FEED.
Now enjoy FEED on PC.

Using FEED on Mac OS:

How to download and use FEED App on Windows 11

To get FEED on Windows 11, check if there's a native FEED Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing FEED:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "FEED" » Click "Install" to install FEED Mobile
- FEED Mobile will now be available on your windows start-menu.

- The app has issues with the Authenticator app on the phone, preventing the user from accessing it.

- The app requires signing in with Microsoft even if the user doesn't have a Microsoft account connected to their Kroger account.

- The app feels sluggish and has a lag in text entry, leading to a bad user experience.

- The app has bugs, such as rejecting correct login information and not allowing access to the myschedule feature.

- The app has a page for agreeing to view a secured site, but there is nothing to click on, preventing the user from accessing the schedule feature.

Needless login screens solvable with fingerprint or faceid integration. Security within the company is important but for a better experience it would be a better design choice to just integrate one of the biometric features that every phone has now. The entire app is based on standard links and just feels sluggish which when coupled with the lag in text entry just makes for a bad user experience. The main kroger app is so much better designed by comparison that I honestly don’t believe they were made by the same development team. And if they were put together by the same team then I really hope it’s a deadline and crunch issue because the current version feels like a beta test.

This app is garbage. I finally managed to log onto the app but when I tried to access the myschedule feature it asked for my euid and password again and surprise surprise it rejected them even though they were correct and then when I logged out of the app and then log back in it no longer accepted my euid and password even though I had used the same info to log in the first time. Pure useless garbage. Kroger needs to spend more time fixing the bugs in this app and less time keeping us employees from accessing an app supposedly designed for us. Pure garbage!!!
Can’t Use App - No one to Help?

I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app numerous times. I cannot view schedule. When I click on it I get a screen that the page is a secured site. That I need to agree, but there is nothing to click on. I have a screen shot of what I get. I can view everything but that. So basically the app is worthless. I have checked settings. I cannot find a solution. If someone from support sees this, can you advise what to do? I have Chrome as my default. I am on an iPhone 11, IOS 14.4.2. Thanks!
Authenticator

I cannot get past the Agree page because of the Authenticator app on my phone. Edit: Even after the update, it’s still requiring I sign in with microsoft even though I do not have a microsoft account connected to the Kroger account.
