1. The card deck contains four colors with numbers from 0 to 9, as well as special cards - "Reverse", "Skip", "Take Two", "Wild" and "Wild Take Four".

2. Before the game begins, each player is dealt 7 cards, the remaining cards are placed face down to form a Draw pile.

3. Every player views his/her cards and tries to match the card in the Discard Pile.
