What is Weather4VR? Weather4VR is an app that offers all the power and ergonomics of Weather4D Routing at the exclusive Virtual Regatta service. It is designed for both beginners and experienced players who want to compete with the best players. The app uses a routing algorithm that considers the specifics of the game to minimize penalties subject to sail changes, tacking, and gybe. It also takes into account the exclusion zones (ice limit) imposed by the game as for real regattas.
1. Do you like Virtual Regatta? Whether you are a beginner or experienced player, casual or addictive gamer, Weather4VR offers you all the power and ergonomics of Weather4D Routing at the exclusive Virtual Regatta service.
2. Back home, you will be able to open the site or a Virtual Regatta application and check your position and ranking relative to other players.
3. Once the routing is done, send the planning, it will be immediately integrated into the game, and your boat will follow the legs of its new route (Premium subscription only).
4. The routing algorithm considers the specifics of the game to minimize penalties subject to sail changes, tacking and gybe.
5. Without a subscription, you just have to manually transfer the bearing to each isochronous point in the Virtual Regatta programming function.
6. And as a bonus, Weather4D's famous 3D interface, meteograms, colored wind fields and symbols, weather display in video mode, to better forecast understanding.
7. When you open the application, you are automatically connected to your Virtual Regatta account.
