ALL AI filters lag to point of unusable!

I already have the app app, so I really only got this one for the AI video effects since I can do pretty much the same stuff in video mode on the regular the app app, and I also already had the makeup app. Unfortunately, I paid the gull price for this app only to discover ALL the AI effects make the video lag so far behind the sound that they are unusable since they areobbiously not sync'd correctly- they really need to work on those! The regular effects all work fine without screwing up the sync between audio/video, however the effects will go across the entire screen and I personally don't have a lot of use for that since they go over the subject's face and obscure them to the point of distraction- the AI ones won't do that but again, unusable due to sync issues. As far as the makeup, I personally find you are just better off making sure you do your makeup well before a video- it will obvious when you have 4 sets of lashes when you blink, for example, that there is some "creative editing" going on here. I think this is more suitable for subtle adjustments, but then I can also adjust subtle things like color saturation, contrast, etc without this app. There really is no "fix" for making sure you look your best before a video- careful planning and execution is key.
Works Well, However Privacy/Permissions Is An Issue

I was looking for an app to do light "Photoshop style" touchups of myself on videos to post to social media. This app totally does that and works well in that capacity. The reason I am deleting this app is it has a crazy amount of privacy permissions that it wants from its users. It wants to be able to use the tracking feature it wants to install cookies it wants all types of permissions that should not be necessary in a simple video editing app. I have no doubt that they have all types of rationalizations why their video app needs this information. NO other video editor - and I use many - has ever asked for these permissions/this information. I don't know what that's about and I'm not interested to find out so I will be deleting it.
I can’t get past the opening video

I purchased this app and was very excited to play. Once i opened it, I clicked the upload it took me to my pictures and when it came back to the app it was just there sample video - so I tried again and same thing now not giving a choice or showing my pictures or videos… I’ve tried over and over again and nothing just the same video and nothing to click to get out of it - it slows me to make changes to their video but that does me no good. Not sure what’s going on, I messaged the suggestions because there is no support button and o still haven’t heard back - I’d appreciate a message back to fix this issue. I’d love to change my review and play with the app but Hoping this will get me to support. When you pay for something you want it to work and when you can’t get help it’s extremely frustrating.
Paid for Subscription and does not work! 😡

I subscribed to this last month. After the trial period, I was charged for a full year. But after the trial period, the subscription doesn’t work. I see in my iTunes subscriptions that I am subscribed until November of 2022. Then in the app, I try to restore purchases, and it says there’s no subscription. So I try to re-purchase the subscription and it tells me I can’t because I already have a subscription!!! I haven’t changed my Apple ID, my iOS is up to date and the app is the latest version. I tried rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app. I had a video to do today and went to use this app and I can’t use it!!! Please fix or REFUND MY PURCHASE! I am so frustrated that I’ve spent these hours messing with this subscription and there’s no one to call to fix it.
