Install Xplora app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Xplora on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Xplora"
The search will reveal the Xplora app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Xplora is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Xplora.
Now enjoy Xplora on PC.

✔ Pros:

- The watch is always on the child's body and won't be left somewhere like a phone

- The concept of the watch/app is great

☹ Cons:

- GPS is sometimes way off

- Dates are in dd/mm/yyyy format instead of mm/dd/yyyy

- Times are in 24-hour format instead of 12-hour format

- No way to block phone numbers

- App won't save alarm information

- No customer service number to contact for solutions

- Current version of the application needs improvement

App needs some TLC for US users

I love the concept of this watch/app but it could use some tweaking for US users. Dates are dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy, and the times are 24 hr not 12 hr. Also, there needs to be a way to block phone numbers. It seems my kid's phone number used to be a fax machine, and about twice a week the app tells me he gets 5-10 calls from the same number that's another fax machine. I have faxed the number to tell them to stop but the calls keep coming.
A few bugs that could be fixed

Like the other reviewer, my child wasn’t ready for a phone. The watch is great in the aspect that it’s always on their body and it won’t be left somewhere like you would a phone... esp since it’s summer and kids are all over The GPS is sometimes WAY off. I am using the suggested carrier. I like the other features of calling and it’s odd they can only voice text those that have the app. But I’m still thankful for it. Love that it counts the steps. They love seeing how much they do. I love the competition they can join in on .... but ... for some reason again today, he had 30,000 steps on the watch and the app would only read 25,000. It’s not a big deal other than for the competition.
Wont accept alarm when entered

When setting an alarm the app won’t accept it. It allows me to enter the name of the alarms, set a date, time & what days it should repeat & an option to save the info, however it does not save any of the info. I have tried several times, nothing works!
I can not even access this application as it’s supposed

I wish they completely trashed out the current version of this application and replaced with new functioning one. No customer service number to contact for solution, no functioning solutions in any way.
