What is Hamilton? The Hamilton Mobile CapTel app is designed to help people with hearing loss to communicate over the phone. The app provides captions on both incoming and outgoing calls, built-in voicemail with captions, call forwarding and custom caller ID, customizable captions for easy reading, direct access to customer care, and the ability to access your call log and review captions. The app is available at no cost to individuals with hearing loss and is easy to install and use.
