Download and install the WaveRider Mobile App app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using WaveRider on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WaveRider"
- The search will reveal the WaveRider Mobile App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once WaveRider is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WaveRider.
- Now enjoy WaveRider on PC.
- Using WaveRider on Mac OS:

How to download and use WaveRider App on Windows 11
To get WaveRider on Windows 11, check if there's a native WaveRider Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing WaveRider:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "WaveRider" » Click "Install" to install WaveRider Mobile App
- WaveRider Mobile App will now be available on your windows start-menu.

App doesn't even have the basics

This app does not work. I could not find my laundry room so I clicked on the larger town we're a suburb of to see if maybe it was listed there. No, only the places in that specific city are listed. Since then, I tried to change my personal information on the App but it gives me no option to try a different city. Once you click on a city, there is no way to correct the mistake or change it if you move. I attempted to change the location more than once over the last month since this was installed at my apartments each time with the same results.
I have never had an app that lacks even that most basic aspect of allowing me to change my location. This app sounds great but it fails so badly on the basics that even if it suddenly started working, I would never trust it with something like my banking information.

I hardly ever write reviews, unless something is superb or total garbage. I live on WMU campus and went online and setup my account any everything. Downloaded the app because I figured it would be easier. I go to sign into the app and instead of it just letting me sign in and pull my information from my profile (THAT I JUST CREATED!!!) it made me look for my location first. On the website there are lots of locations it finds, Western Michigan University being one, but on the app, it gives me 3 options, my school NOT being one of them. Time to seriously step up the app game here and pull all information from your website. THIS APP IS TOTALLY UNUSABLE!!! Wasted my time to figure out it didn’t work. I immediately uninstalled the app.

I live in 1280 west and the app works great! It's easy to use. To use it you have to add your credit or debit card info to the app add money and then start using it. I scan the barcode on the machines with the camera on my phone and it starts the machines automatically without putting in my credit card. It just deducts the money off the app. Also it will send you text message when your cloths are done! You can also check the status of your cloths through the app as well. Great app love it

Useless app. Do not use

Downloaded the app because signage in my building told me it was the “easiest way to pay”. I downloaded, could not find my building, then the app crashed. I redownloaded, put in all my info, and then paid $10 (which is non refundable), and the app would not let me pay on the machines. The other 2 people in the laundry room were having problems with the app too. So I deleted and redownloaded again. The app now says I don’t have an account, but when I make a new account, the email account is taken. Basically, the app crashes, doesn’t work, doesn’t find correct locations, has no clear help center, money is non refundable, etc. do not use this app. It’s easier to pay with coins or a card. DO NOT USE.
