Can’t open game and no Contact Info when you click on AppSupport

This game crashes instantly, not even a logo page. I tried all the usual tricks for problem apps, nothing worked.
I tried clicking on App Support here, and the extremely minimal website does not have a way to contact anyone for help. The only contact option is to sign up as a creator. So who fixes their problems? I wish I had scrolled down and seen the multitudes of comments here about not being able to access this game. I am deleting it in case it’s just a front for spyware, etc, since legitimate game designers support their product.

You won’t get to play this game even if you want to. while it could be a great concept if it had more complex puzzles. Out of the first 5 mins of game play you will spend 4 and half minutes watching ads and dumb videos. Don’t waste your time with this. Improve the beginning on the game and take away at least 90% of the adds and add more challenges. Other wise it horrible. Can’t believe this is number one free game in the App Store right now.

Way too many ads

An ad after every level is just way too many.
I do enjoy solving the levels, but it’s not clear to me that I’m doing well, or how my progress is. Is there a goal? What do I do with my coins? Why would I want to watch even more ads for more coins? The game just doesn’t seem to say.
It almost seems unfinished. Good puzzle play, but the gamification effort isn’t there. It just makes you watch a lot of ads.
