Cant play Game on properly

Whenever i open the game on portal this notification appears with a cross sign on the screen
The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
It used to run just fine but this problem is happening recently . Try to fix this bug .thanks

App not working on laptop/ windows

I downloaded the app on my laptop. I can hear audio but cant see the screen. When i click on a channel it shows black screen but audio working fine. What i can do to fix this problem

No Sound
