I’ve been using the website for over a year now. On the surface, this seems to be a great idea, but in reality the company just hasn’t developed enough yet to make this work perfectly. Most of the matches that you win are “disputed” by other the app who try to find loopholes in the rules to actually win. Of the 100 games I’ve played (let’s say I won 50) at least 10 of the matches were disputed because “we agreed to 2 out of 3” (which we didn’t) or “I’m on EU servers so we have to play a second match” (which isn’t in the rules) or even the app who are using smurf accounts to make you think it would be an easy win, only to end up adding you when it’s time to play from a much higher level account. The company has a system for this, it’s called admins. Admins monitor all the chats between opposing the app and whenever something is “disputed” they are the ones who look into it and make the final verdict on what happens next. The admins are either understaffed or underpaid because they typically just say “play another game” no matter what evidence you bring forth. Until the company gets it finances up and either devise a better system for these problems or train admins more in-depthly I’m not going to upload money online just to get it taken by a someone who begs for it more than me.

I love PL for the quick match making and fast payouts. A few other sites often freeze funds when you win but PL is very reliable. Makes gaming so much more fun when there is cash on the line. Amazing app!
