Buyer beware. I was a member for over a year . They were called WeTV or something like that. Love it, great variety of shows. However the last several months I have had issues. I did the subscription through Apple as it is easier to track and manage all my subscriptions in one place. I was not given premium access even though I paid and had a receipt. Trying to reach customer service is a joke. They sent me to the app Tai on Facebook and I was still given the run around. I canceled and tried again 3 months later (brought the 3 month pkg) and I had the same issue. Forget it. There are other streaming apps with great shows, I don’t need the hassle or to be bogged down with commercials when I paid.
Not liking new update

Just update the app today and I gotta say, video freezes for a few seconds but audio still going. Once it catches up, I’ve missed like 15-30 seconds of a scene. Happens several times in a video. I keep having to rewind the video. I thought maybe it had something to do with my WiFi since it’s been kind of slow lately but it happens even when I’m using data.

At first, I saw the review and decided not to download the app as they said the voting doesn’t work. But a day later, a Thai reaction channel I watch reacted to Chuang 2020 and the app they used voted just fine so I decided to download this app and I had no problems voting for the trainees I wanted to vote for. (I log in by connecting to FB)
Crashing

Update: Just checked the app and it works again. Tai kai xin!!! Have used the WeTV app for about a year, started crashing on me two days ago. Gave it time but no change. Downloaded the new app(this the app one) and still crashes. Can’t watch any videos. I love it, just don’t know how to fix the crashing.:(
