1. JAL Lounge+ is an app to provide customers with a safe and comfortable stay at JAL First Class Lounge at Haneda and Narita International Airport.

2. You can check the lounge congestion of the “JAL First Class Lounge” and “SAKURA Lounge”.

3. When the food is ready, lounge staff will deliver directly to the table.

4. When the shower room becomes available, we will send notifications to your mobile device.

5. Information about "JAL Wine Advisor Motohiro Okoshi" who selects "Seasonal Wine Selection".

6. ※This app has been developed for joint demonstration experiments by Japan Airlines Co.,Ltd.,and NRI digital, Ltd.

7. You can order your food from the comfort of your seat using this app.

8. Make the food selection and place the order.

9. * Currently, Shower room booking from the app is not available.

10. A map inside the lounge and a map from the lounge to the boarding gate are displayed.

11. If you would like to use the shower, please contact our reception staff.

Install JAL Lounge+ app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using JAL Lounge+ on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "JAL Lounge+"
The search will reveal the JAL Lounge+ app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once JAL Lounge+ is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including JAL Lounge+.
Now enjoy JAL Lounge+ on PC.
