What is 자이?
The Xi App is an advanced apartment management app that offers smart and beautiful living solutions. It provides various services such as internet subscription, apartment information, promotional events, and online contract services. The app also offers exclusive membership benefits, community services, and concierge services.
1. - 다양한 예약, 계약, 인터넷 청약 등 다양한 개인 서비스 기능 제공을 위해 필요합니다.
2. 위 접근권한은 특정 기능을 사용할 때 허용이 필요하며, 허용에 동의하지 않으셔도 자이(Xi App)을 이용하실 수 있습니다.
3. - 현재 위치를 중심으로 분양정보 등 맞춤정보 제공을 위해 필요합니다.
4. - 고객센터 : 1577-4254(평일 09:00~17:30) / 주말 휴일 상담은 고객문의를 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
5. - XI(자이)App을 쾌적하게 이용하기 위해서는 iOS 11 이상의 환경에서 설치하는 것을 권장합니다.
6. - 사용 중 문의 및 건의사항은 Xi(자이)App > 메뉴 > 고객센터 > 문의하기를 이용해주세요.
7. - 견본주택, 홍보관, 사전방문, 사전 AS신청 시 필요합니다.

1. Location Services: Required to provide customized information such as apartment information based on the current location.
2. Contacts: Required to provide various personal services such as reservations, contracts, and internet subscriptions.
3. Camera: Required for model home visits, promotional events, pre-visit, and AS applications.
Note: Access permissions are required only when using specific functions, and you can still use the Xi App without agreeing to them. It is recommended to install the app on iOS 11 or higher for optimal performance. If you encounter any problems while using the app, please contact customer service. For inquiries and suggestions during use, please use the Xi App menu > Customer Center > Inquiry.
