Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Cutemii"
The search will reveal the Cutemii app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Cutemii is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Cutemii.
Now enjoy Cutemii on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

This app is really cute!! And I’ll definitely be using it to make future oc’s and such!! I love how the eyes and wings move! (You dont really get that in other customization apps) and i love how i can also make bio for the characters too!! I like that everything is nice and affordable.*･゜ﾟ･*:.｡..｡.:*･'(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)'･*:.｡. .｡.:*･゜ﾟ･* one thing that’s weird weird is that when trying to change the eye color on the eyes that have white on them, it also changes the white into the selected color

This app is really cute! It has a lot of nice options and colors! Only thing is that the colors can be a little weird on the eyes if it’s a certain color and you choose let’s say, a blue with the default yellow eyes, it doesn’t look very good, and skin tones are a bit hard to get properly, so I hope there will be a wider range but so far it’s really good!

A cute and fun character creation game! There is so much variety you can easily create a unique character. Although there are in-app purchases, most of it is free. Little animations make it lively and fun. The controls are simple, but they produce a great result. One thing I will say is that I wish you could chose the color of some of the movable accessories. Aside from that, this is my favorite avatar game!

This app is really nice, can tell a lot went into it, the only problem I have come to find as with the other one this amazing creator made is it likes to crash every so often, so saving is a must
