Awesome app. I have been practicing this type of pause for several months now. Reorienting myself back to God throughout the day has been âa life raftâ through the choppy/muddy waters of life. Using this app is easy, simple, and takes away all my excuses for not âhaving time for Godâ, or just forgetting. It has helped me focus in on God simply and fully....so easy to use. Even if I donât stop to pause, just hearing the bells has a way of re-centering me by way of reminder. Thanks for a life breathing app!

This give you a practical way to connect with Jesus focus on what he wants you to do and keep your connection to him healthy and strong through out the day. I have my menâs group go through this before each meeting and also we do this once if not 2 times a day. It is super simple to use and I love the connection I feel after Iâm done the pause. True peace and refreshment are just two fruits that come from this.

This app will lead you beautifully kindly and gently to Jesus the only source of life that can actually restore your tired soul. He did create it after all.
