Install RCI Member App app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using RCI Member App on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RCI Member App"
The search will reveal the RCI Member App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once RCI Member App is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RCI Member App.
Now enjoy RCI Member App on PC.

Horrible Programming

Very limited ability to search, much less find an available vacation exchange. Limited to an exact month. If you are lucky enough to get more than 10 available exchanges, the app will not bring up the second page of available exchanges. Also the map of the available exchanges is not geographically correct. If you want to visit a certain area, you must know the exact city near the destination, then do your research as it may not be where you think it is. The old site was much more user friendly. Who at the app made the decision to buy into this awful app?
Terrible new app

Looks like the app is making it more difficult to navigate using this app. They have hidden an owners home reservation drop down and when you do find it under “ alerts” ( why it would be there is ridicules) it quickly disappears and and alert box appears. Hit on the “ alert” box and nothing happens. Tried deleting it and reinstalling the app again with no success. The previous app at least worked. Will have to use the computer to book . Very poor IT service and design as has always been the case with the app’s platform. Sad for a company like this.

I have been considering switching to another exchange company, and after the app required us to download this app, I must. There is no other app option. This is the most frustrating app...it’s even harder to see vacation options. The screen does not even fill the page! It is so crowded together. It freezes up. It looks like a third grader displayed this app. When I used to call the app, I’d get a knowledgeable, well spoken agent. Now when I call, I get an agent who hasn’t traveled and has communication problems. So a good app is critical to my continuing with the app. I give this a minus 1 as it doesn’t warrant a 1.

At least through the old version you were able to filter and see options of how you wanted to take your vacation. Not sure what is going on with this app, why you cannot search for last minute, exchanges, etc as you could before. We even have confirmed vacations and they are not even showing under our account. Hoping things were not wiped out from the system. If so we’ve going to have some unhappy people during Spring Break.
