Install MyClevelandClinic® app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MyClevelandClinic on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyClevelandClinic"
The search will reveal the MyClevelandClinic® app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MyClevelandClinic is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyClevelandClinic.
Now enjoy MyClevelandClinic on PC.

Won’t let me log in on app

App won’t let me log in but when I go to the website online it lets me log in with the exact same login that I was using to try to log into the app. This happens at least once a month sometimes more. I have updated the app deleted and re-downloaded it. Turned my phone off then back on but nothing works. Very frustrating!!!
Only works 40% of the time.

The app is only useable 40% of the time. I can log in but it doesn’t let me click on anything. Frustrating when you need access to info, directions and medication lists. You’d think CC would be on top making sure their patients have easy access to their health records and info on My Chart. It’s been like this for weeks.
