What is Villo! officiel?
The “Villo! officiel” app is a bike-sharing app that allows users to access nearly 5,000 bikes and 360 docking stations. The app offers flexible rental options, secure payment methods, and the ability to borrow up to five bikes at the same time. Users can also collect points by giving feedback on their bike and stay up-to-date with the latest news about the Villo! service.
1. At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.
2. Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.
3. Download the “Villo! officiel” app and access nearly 5.000 bikes and 360 docking stations.
4. When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a Villo!” and choose your Villo! from the list of available bikes there.
5. Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.
6. You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “Villo! officiel” app.
7. Access the history of your rides and passes, and contact our support team easily – by phone (in English, French and Dutch) or via the app.
8. The “Villo! officiel” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle.
9. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.
10. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free.
